Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company, formerly Nghia Binh Pharmaceutical Enterprise under the Nghia Binh Department of Health, was established in 1980. In 1989, after the government separated the administrative boundaries of Nghia Binh province into Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai provinces. Nghia Binh Pharmaceutical Enterprise was renamed Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical Enterprise. Through many model and name changes, in 2006, the Company transitioned to operating under a parent-subsidiary company model. By 2014, the equitization process was completed, and the company officially transitioned to a joint-stock company model from March 1, 2014, with the name Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar). With a 44-year foundation in the field of pharmaceutical product manufacturing, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar) is proud to be a Vietnamese pharmaceutical company with solid progress and always at the forefront of researching and applying new technologies in management, production, and business according to international standards. Bidiphar owns many international standard GMP-WHO pharmaceutical production lines: including production lines for non-antibiotic ß-lactam products (powder injection, lyophilized injection, solution injection...), and production lines for antibiotic ß-lactam products (powder injection, tablets, film-coated tablets, hard capsules). Currently, Bidiphar produces and distributes nearly 400 products nationwide, divided into 19 treatment groups. In addition to production and quality issues, Bidiphar considers the development of a quality workforce a prerequisite for the Company's survival and development in the market economy. With the goal of improving the professional and vocational quality of the workforce, Bidiphar has built a scientific and systematic training process to achieve high efficiency.
