About BFS Associates

Since 1992, BFS Associates has been known as one of the elite Accounting/Finance and Human Resources placement firms serving eastern New England. Recently, we have also formalized a specialty practice focusing on the placement of Supply Chain Professionals. We find candidates almost exclusively by referral from trusted sources, resulting in an interview-to-placement ratio unmatched in the industry. Our competition relies heavily on internet job sites to obtain candidates. In stark contrast, we draw upon our vast network to identify the passive job seekers whom other recruiters and Human Resources staff rarely encounter.
