BetaMed S.A. is a dynamically developing modern medical center providing services both at the patient's home and at the stationary Clinica BetaMed Medical Active Care in Chorzów. The company was established 15 years ago and has been functioning successfully to this day, expanding its range of medical services. It is a national leader in long-term home care, caring for over 5000 patients in 11 voivodeships, within 84 branches, and employing almost 3000 employees. In July 2014, the stationary Clinica BetaMed Medical Active Care was launched. Its goal is to offer patients of all ages a wide range of medical services under one roof. The Clinic also focuses on the activation of the elderly and socio-cultural activities. It offers patients various forms of care, both under contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ) and commercial services. Currently, the Clinic houses a Care and Treatment Facility, a Care and Treatment Facility for Mechanically Ventilated Children and Adolescents, a Mechanical Ventilation Ward for Adults, Day and 24-hour Stays for Seniors, a Rehabilitation Clinic, and Outpatient Physiotherapy. The Clinic also has on-site equipment for colonoscopy, gastroscopy, X-ray, as well as a high-class ultrasound machine for rapid cancer detection. BetaMed S.A. is the recipient of 35 prestigious awards, including: "Solidna Firma 2015" (Solid Company 2015), "Teraz Polska" Emblem, Golden Certificate of Reliability 2015, Nomination for the Golden Statuette of the Leader of Polish Business, Golden Laurel of Skills and Competences in the category of Socio-Economic Leader and in the category of Entrepreneurial Woman.
