We work for as many people as possible in jobs on a sustainable labor market. In the Ministry of Employment, you actively participate in translating politicians' visions into well-functioning solutions for working life in Denmark. So whether you work with policy, supervise, research, or help develop new legislation, your job has meaning and societal significance. Therefore, you will also find that what you professionally engage with is of great interest to both our partners and the public. It is the Ministry of Employment that sets the framework for people's working lives, and we are therefore committed to finding the best solutions. We find them together. The Danish Working Environment Authority is the Danish authority in the field of working environment. Our goal is to promote a healthy, safe, and developing working environment in Danish workplaces. In the National Research Centre for the Working Environment, we research topics that are important for the working environment and work-related health now and in the future. In the Danish Agency for Labour and Recruitment, we are responsible for creating the best possible basis for a healthy, dynamic, and efficient labor market, where as many people as possible have jobs or are educated, and where companies at all levels have access to the employees they need. And in the Ministry of Employment's department, we work daily and closely with the minister to translate politicians' visions into actual solutions that citizens feel in their everyday lives.
