Entry-level pay rate of $16.00 per hour with potential advancement to $20.00 during the first two years of employment through regular quarterly wage increases based on skills development and general performance evaluation. Wage increases above $20.00 per hour are based on annual performance assessment. Actual starting wage is dependent on relevant experience and skill level.
