At Benjamin UK Ltd., we are dedicated to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic residential care for children aged 12-18. Our approach is built on the foundation of delivering meaningful, effective care that addresses the unique needs of each child, helping them heal and grow in a safe, nurturing environment. Quality care starts with our team, and we invest heavily in our staff’s development. We offer an extensive and ongoing training programme, ensuring that every member of the team has the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make a real impact. We regularly receive positive feedback regarding this from our regulators evidencing this is more than a company ideal or opinion. Many of our staff members have been with us for years, with several having been part of the organisation since its early days almost 20 years ago. We pride ourselves on promoting from within—most of our managers have worked their way up from front-line roles, allowing us to build a strong, supportive leadership team from homegrown talent. Each home’s staff team is supported by a dedicated Registered Manager and Deputy Manager. The greater organisation is supported by a large Senior Management and Executive Management team representing a number of Departments dedicated to providing targeted support to our staff. We believe in creating a workplace that supports both personal and professional growth. Our staff enjoy quality, inclusive surroundings, with beautiful homes that provide an ideal environment for both our team and the children in our care. We ensure that our staff are looked after, from providing nutritious lunches during training to offering comfortable, well-equipped head offices and homes. A dedicated Wellbeing Officer is always on hand to support staff well-being and ensure that everyone feels valued and cared for. Our commitment to creating a safe and supportive community is reflected in the strong bonds we encourage among staff. We have an internal communication system that fosters connection, where staff share recipes and ideas and even enjoy a book club together. Regular social events outside of work also provide opportunities for staff to meet new people and build relationships, contributing to a close-knit, positive work culture. At Benjamin UK Ltd., we value each person’s contribution, and we’re always looking for passionate, resilient, motivated individuals to join our team. Providing excellent care and therapeutic interventions to traumatised children is not an easy job but it is incredibly rewarding. If you’re looking for a career where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while working in a supportive, inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
