About BEGIN

The desire to travel the world has made us aware of the need to be committed to the care of our world, and that is why BEGIN was born, a gastronomic experience that will make you see the world with a vision of respect for the planet and people. BEGIN was born with the illusion of inspiring and helping people to have a more sustainable and healthy life. We care about you and whoever visits us, which is why we want to take care of you and give you the best food prepared with the respect it deserves. We are a diverse group of people committed to environmental care and animal welfare. Our mission is to build a diverse, inclusive, open, and honest environment, and we are looking for people who share our values. In our restaurants in Valencia, each space is designed to offer you an experience in a natural setting, where craftsmanship and organic design are the protagonists. Begin Origin: A wooden cabin in the middle of the jungle, handcrafted with eucalyptus branches. Begin Marine Depths: A tunnel under the sea that leads to a hidden home in the middle of a tropical forest. Begin Greenhouse: An abandoned greenhouse in the middle of the forest that, over time, has become covered by nature. Begin Huerta: An ode to the Valencian orchard, with a real garden full of vegetables and typical ingredients from the "terreta". Begin Secret Garden: A lush forest that hides a secret corner: a garden with a cozy little house. Begin Jungle: A secret refuge, handmade with natural branches, in the heart of the jungle.
