It all began with a simple but powerful desire to create a space where everyone can not only train but also enjoy their journey to health and harmony. This desire became the foundation of our dream, which was born even before the Befit project was formed. In April 2017, a group of enthusiasts began working on a project that would soon gain its name and become known to everyone striving for a better version of themselves. In November 2017, with a small but ambitious team, the BeFit team took the first step towards realizing their idea by starting work in test mode. A team of people who believed in their mission and in the possibility of changing attitudes towards fitness began to bring this idea to life. Just a month later, on December 4, 2017, a momentous event occurred – the official opening of the first Befit fitness club. The goal from the very beginning was simple, but very important: to provide the residents of Tashkent with access to modern and high-quality fitness services. By opening the doors of the first Befit ONE fitness club, we provided clients with the opportunity to train on the most modern equipment under the guidance of professional trainers. But Befit is not just about training. It is a philosophy of an active and healthy lifestyle that unites people striving for a better version of themselves. It is this approach that underlies everything that makes Befit special.
