Bearcroft helps companies build strong teams and run them at a higher level. Recruitment - Permanent hires from a network built around top universities and the firms people want to hire from. Our own research team and AI tooling mean faster shortlists and lower fees than a traditional agency. Nearshore teams - Dedicated staff in our Skopje and South Africa hubs, fully managed, with office space, equipment and local HR included. Tech and operations from North Macedonia; sales, marketing and data from South Africa. AI systems - Custom tooling built for your business, taking the manual work out of hiring, operations and everything around them. Advisory - Operator-led support from people who've built and run these functions themselves. We work with start-ups, scale-ups, financial services, professional services and a range of other company types. Hiring, building, or want to hear what's out there then please reach out.
