Universal banker since 1816, the BCGE group offers individuals, companies and institutions diversified and quality banking services: daily banking services, private banking, asset management, pensions, mortgage financing and loans to companies and public authorities, trading room, financial engineering, corporate finance and global commodity finance. The BCGE group has branches in Switzerland (Lausanne, Zurich) and representative offices abroad (Dubai, Hong Kong). Its French subsidiary, Banque Cantonale de Genève (France) SA, also offers corporate and real estate financing activities to a clientele of companies and the self-employed, as well as wealth management to private clients. Based in Lyon, it has opened branches in Paris and Annecy. The Group also wholly owns Capital Transmission SA, an investment fund whose mission is to financially support companies and investors in business transfer or expansion operations, and co-owns 50% of Swiss Public Finance Solutions, which offers financing models to public authorities in Geneva and Switzerland, as well as to public law corporations. The BCGE group currently employs 725 employees (full-time equivalent). The BCGE share is listed on the Swiss stock exchange SIX Swiss Exchange (code: BCGE). The bank's rating was confirmed at A+/A -1/Stable, at the end of 2013, by the rating agency Standard & Poor's.
