About BBMD Advogados Associados

DCastro Advogados is a firm exclusively practicing Labor Law, with an emphasis on the technical and strategic defense of workers — especially those who hold positions of trust, leadership roles, and are responsible for significant duties within companies. Since 2009, our mission has been to ensure that rights are not lost due to improper classifications, excessive working hours, or common abusive practices in the corporate environment. With an experienced team, technological infrastructure, and national reach, we have already handled over 3,500 cases and recovered more than 50 million reais in warrants for workers across Brazil. Our work is distinguished by the combination of strategy, technical precision, and transparency. Each client is treated with a long-term vision, clear communication, and commitment to results. We avoid easy promises — we prefer to act with seriousness, based on facts, evidence, and solid legal grounds. We serve bank employees, managers, coordinators, supervisors, logistics professionals, drivers, delivery helpers, and all other workers who frequently face imbalances in the employment relationship, despite holding prominent positions within companies. Our focus is to protect those who bear great responsibilities but cannot give up their own rights.
