Pioneiro Ecometais is responsible for the production of lead alloys for the domestic market, from the recycling of unusable batteries. With a production capacity of 4,000 tons of lead/month, the Ecometais project was developed based on the best technologies in the segment, aiming for better performance in the recycling process. Production is based on the needs of each client, therefore, the company currently produces 40 lead alloys, with control of 25 chemical elements per alloy. In addition, the company implemented the pyrolysis project, which transforms unusable tires into products such as charcoal, oil, and iron filings. In this way, the extraction of natural resources for the production of these products, which are used in the smelting process of lead alloys, is no longer necessary.
