Barrett’s Recruitment is owned and managed by Alison Barrett. After qualifying with a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Cape Town, where she majored in Psychology, Alison held various positions in Human Resources and Recruiting. In particular, after undergoing full retail training she was responsible for the Human Resource function including Recruitment and training of a number of Retail Super Stores. Alison was then approached by a key recruiter to start up a recruitment company which she successfully managed for several years prior to starting her own business. Since 1995 she successfully owned and managed Amethyst Recruitment Solutions and in 2008 the company name changed to Barrett’s Recruitment. We offer a full range of across the board recruiting executive, managerial, administration, sales, marketing, call centre and technical staff recruiting. Alison has had a very successful track record of placements for positions at all levels and in all areas and has a solid reputation for service delivery. Since 1997, Alison has also worked within the Internet Marketing arena for numerous positions at all levels and in all areas. The online gaming industry is an industry where she is well known as being the foremost recruiter in South Africa. Her wealth of recruitment experience in the online gaming industry has kept her ahead of the pack.
