BAMBINOS is a network specialized in "smart" and "no paper" childcare. Why smart? We offer permanent contracts to qualified and trustworthy bambinositters whom we assign to our clients. Strongly committed to positive education away from screens, our founder has extensively researched this subject, enlightened by an extraordinary encounter with her son's nanny (a special needs educator trained in the Montessori method) who has guided her for several years. She now plays a central role within the company, as every Bambinositter receives comprehensive training from her. Furthermore, we work on educational materials adapted to the age of each child (learning Roman numerals, Greek mythology, European capitals, French kings, departments, main flower varieties, etc.) which I provide monthly to the nannies to support them in children's development. Why no paper? From booking to daily management, processes are optimized and digitized to simplify the lives of client families via our application www.app.bambinos.care. It is possible to geolocate, calculate eligible aid, book childcare within 24 hours, and potentially modify or add a booking from the parent's space. Administrative management is fully handled for optimal comfort: electronic signatures, direct debits, and automations are all resources to satisfy our clients and our salaried nannies. Finally, as a personal services organization, we enable you to benefit from financial aid and tax advantages: the Caf's childcare mode choice supplement (CMG) which covers €300 to €1,000 per month, and a 50% tax credit or reduction.
