Ballande SAS implements a human-centered policy based on the development of its employees with a training budget nearly triple its legal obligation, focusing on management, professional conduct, commerce, safety, and office skills. Ballande SAS is currently focusing on the diversity of its human resources, internal promotions, young New Caledonian graduates, gender mix, and the contribution of expert human resources.
