Founded in 1975, the Balaroti Group is a chain in the construction materials segment. The company sells over 50,000 items in its stores, making it a benchmark in retail. Its structure includes 21 stores operating in Paraná and Santa Catarina, with a total of 1700 employees (direct and indirect) working for the company. Balaroti ranks first as the largest construction materials chain in the South and ninth largest in the country, according to Anamaco Magazine. Currently, the Group works with over 500 brands that are market leaders. In the stores, it is possible to find everything needed to build or renovate a home. The slogan “Your home in 1st place” guides the chain’s actions with the objective of offering the best solutions for building or renovating, always based on excellent customer service. Present in the states of Paraná and Santa Catarina, the company is today considered the 7th largest construction materials retailer in Brazil (National Ranking of Construction Material Stores - Anamaco). It is composed of 21 physical stores, an e-commerce team, and telesales. It is present in the ranking of the 1,000 Largest and Best, published by Exame magazine, and among the 500 Largest in the South, published by Amanhã magazine. It was also elected, for 12 consecutive times, as the most remembered brand by consumers in the “Construction Materials” category, according to Top of Mind Paraná. Since 2008, it has been on the list of the 150 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil, published by Exame magazine.
