About Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT

Baker Tilly LSC, Chartered Accountants firm is founded by Dato George Lim and he designed the firm to be innovative and delivering exceptional value to transform clients businesses. 20 years in the business, we are constantly asking ourselves if we are still "relevant" to our customers. Customers want more choices and require an integrated approach to solve their stagnant business growth, talent development and complex business processes. In 2020, we changed our vision to “INNOVATIVE integrated Professional Services firm” with a mission in creating sustainable business communities through innovative entrepreneurship. We cannot live in a community which fails. The future belongs to those who have dreams and have the passion to grow. Hence, we transform the workplace into a coworking space, a beautiful place to foster innovation, implement professional educational programs for technical development, and weekly team coaching helping them find a better way to turnaround their jobs, at the same time, uncompromise on quality. We aim to gather like-minded people to work with us starting as an assistant and ultimately to become our partner to share success journeying together in one collaborative community of entrepreneurs. Innovation comes from empathy. Customer centricity is our culture. Customer insight allows us to gather feedback to create value in our services to improve customer satisfaction. To improve customer satisfaction, we are now using AI Audit Cloud Technology together with a workflow management tool that allows us to work anywhere anytime to disrupt the old business model to improve asset performance and drive efficiency. Technology has changed our role in the industry. The role of an accountant is changing. Customers demand more than just auditing and accounting. Join us now to make your dream come true.
