Our team delivers uncomplicated, competent recruiting solutions to the niche of grid modernization engineering projects across the US. Whilst putting an emphasis on face-to-face interactions and distancing ourselves from the transactional world of corporate recruitment. We are at the forefront of the industry, speaking with utility leadership and key decision-makers across the country. These connections allow us to update candidates on the ever-changing landscape of the sector and advise on suitable career pathways regarding their next steps. Expertly poised to assist design and engineering candidates, from drafting technicians to C-suites level staff, we strive to offer the same level of commitment to every candidate and client we deal with. Our expert knowledge is broken down into three key technical specialisms: transmission & distribution, substations, and renewable interconnection. Our niche focus allows us to have an in-depth understanding of all the design and engineering principles associated with greenfield projects or brownfield upgrade work. This dedicated focus allows us to assist and, more importantly, add value across a wide range of positions, including Design, Power studies, T&D planning, Commissioning, and System protection.
