Bäckerei Bertermann is a traditional family business in its fourth generation with managing directors Martin and Angela Haß. With son Alexander Haß as junior manager, the fifth generation is already represented in the company. His sister Charlotte Haß still lives and works in Hamburg. The headquarters of our Bäckerei Bertermann has been located in the Mühlenkreis Minden-Lübbecke since 1894. We supply our over 40 Bertermann branches in NRW and Lower Saxony daily with fresh baked goods – if they are not baked here themselves. As a dynamic family company, we have a simple recipe for success: We have the best regional flour ground from the sun-ripened grain of the Mühlenkreis. We process this gift of nature with water, salt, and yeast into a dough, which we allow an above-average ripening time. With skill and a passionate heart for baking, our Bertermann bakers create high-quality products by master hands.
