B&A – DOING WHAT WORKS At B&A, we are all committed to a society where we look out for each other, where everyone participates and no one is alone. Where everyone gets opportunities and the space to seize those opportunities. And especially in places where that is not self-evident. With and for our residents, we, as social workers and advisors within the social domain, work on this every day. At their homes, on the street, in community centers, and as advisors at the table with politicians and policymakers. And of course, with our partners, such as welfare organizations, healthcare institutions, the neighborhood police officer, and the school principal. We know what's going on in a neighborhood and we do what needs to be done. No-nonsense, straightforward, hands-on. So that we can make maximum impact with every action and every piece of advice.
