Familia La Ancha and Azotea Grupo are joining forces to manage the gastronomic offerings of the Club Financiero Génova, the legendary business social club located in the Centro Colón, which was inaugurated in 1973. This creates a perfect union to meet all the needs of a space with multiple uses according to different times and audiences: the culinary expertise and hospitality of a recognized family-run hospitality group, La Ancha, which has been serving the people of Madrid for over a century, and the creativity and talent of a gastronomic group like Azotea Grupo, which manages some of the most emblematic venues on the national scene. The kitchens of Espacio Club Financiero Génova will be led by Nino Redruello and his team, who will offer an extensive menu based on tradition. Manuel Berganza, executive chef of Azotea Grupo, will design the gastronomic proposal for events, showcasing his creative ability, while the mixology will be in the hands of the brilliant Luca Anastasio, Director of Bars and Mixology at Azotea Grupo, who will offer signature cocktails with original creations, not forgetting the classic drinks. The wine list selections, for their part, will be chosen by Familia La Ancha's sommelier, Alba Mozo.
