Founded in 2007 initially as Creacasa and, since May 2019, as Avvera, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Credem Group, it represents a response to an ever-evolving market scenario, positioning itself as an alternative and support channel to the branch. Through services provided by our professionals, the company can respond promptly to customer needs thanks to its agency network of specialists. Led from the start by General Manager Lorenzo Montanari and Commercial Director and Deputy General Manager Giandomenico Carullo, over the years the company has achieved increasingly challenging objectives, successfully reaching important milestones, earning it numerous awards from industry specialists. In 2014, to offer a complete panel of products related to home purchases, the Insurance Agency was formed, dedicated to selling insurance products. The goal is to strengthen and expand the business model, adding insurance products (life and non-life) to the commercial offering already available to partners, customers, and agents. Today, the Company boasts one of the most solid and prepared networks in the Italian market for family financing.
