Until the end of the 1960s, Turismo Três Amigos was a company in structuring. The first transport service was carried out with the company REDUC - Duque de Caxias Refinery and, throughout the 1970s, it leveraged business with the addition of new contracts. In the 1980s, with the solid and continuous growth of Turismo Três Amigos, the garage and its entire structure were transferred to São João de Meriti, to a former garage of the Flores company, from the JAL Group, aiming for better working conditions for employees. The change was accompanied by a strong restructuring in People Management, with the dissemination of a policy of valuing the team of employees and a total focus on quality. With this business vision, the company received an honorable mention and won the Daniel Barata Quality award twice, offered by Fetranspor, and was also named the best charter and tourism company by Transporte Moderno magazine. In 1999, in a job that involved the entire team, the company achieved ISO 9002:1994 and, in 2003, ISO 9001:2000, becoming a reference in terms of quality in charter and tourism transport in Rio de Janeiro and Brazil, continuing the quality process since its foundation. Today, Turismo Três Amigos has a fleet of over 200 vehicles including buses, minibuses and vans and relies on the workforce of more than 500 employees who continue to keep the company among the main ones in the country.
