Aureate is guided by founder Dr. Kiran C. Patel—an accomplished cardiologist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose work has helped scale healthcare access and fund transformative education initiatives across Florida and beyond. Directors Phil Zaveri and Chad Toujague bring complementary strengths across capital stack design, underwriting, engineering, and healthcare-adjacent development, enabling Aureate to bridge community needs with institutional-grade delivery.
