About Augenarzt-Praxisgemeinschaft Gutblick AG

The Augenarzt-Praxisgemeinschaft Gutblick has developed from a single practice in Wetzikon into a practice network for outpatient ophthalmology over the past few years. All of our ophthalmologists, optometrists, orthoptists, and practice assistants give their best every day for your eye health. Our specialists welcome you at twelve modern and centrally located sites. In addition to professional expertise, we particularly value the personal qualities of our employees, because people and their well-being are at the center of our actions. We are convinced that we can only achieve our high standards for treatment quality through well-trained and satisfied employees – people who see meaning in their work, feel valued, and approach it with joy, ambition, and curiosity. This, along with our flat hierarchies, makes up the unmistakable Gutblick spirit. With us, doctors do not wear white coats, we use the informal "you" and foster a relaxed interaction among ourselves. We do not give up until we have found the best solution for every eye problem. Our services, like the technologies we use, are always state of the art. We ensure this through our own research department "Gutblick Research" and high-quality further training. Through the "C1/C2" training status for ophthalmology, trainee ophthalmologists can complete part of their specialist training with us, and specialist ophthalmologists can train in ophthalmic surgery. Training is also promoted in the non-medical field; for example, we have established five different development paths for medical practice assistants.
