Who are we? ATLANTIQUE HABITATIONS, a major social landlord in Loire-Atlantique, does everything it can to fulfill its public service mission: to provide decent housing for families who could not afford it under normal market conditions and to contribute with its partners to living together better. Year after year, it continues to develop its portfolio by building 400 new homes per year, now offering 13,000 homes, including 2,000 places in specific accommodation. Wishing to offer a complete service, ATLANTIQUE HABITATIONS also offers a co-ownership management service, a works department, and an affordable home ownership service through its subsidiary La Maison Familiale de Loire Atlantique. Firmly rooted in its territory, Atlantique Habitations makes the quality of service and the satisfaction of its clients (tenants, tenant associations, co-owners) and partners (local authorities, state services, etc.) its main strategic focus.
