Athena Home Health & Hospice is a Connecticut licensed and certified hospice agency. Our staff provides our patients with the highest quality of compassionate care right in the comfort of their home, including skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. From nursing support to social services offerings, we work closely with physicians, families, caregivers, and patients to ensure all their needs are met. We are always looking to bring on those with a passion for delivering meaningful care. Whether a nurse, CNA, massage therapist, social worker, chaplain, or any other crucial role, each team member plays a critical part in our patients' care planning. What does your day-to-day look like? Well, it depends on your position. Most of our team members are in the field, traveling to assigned patients to provide the necessary care while being supported by our office staff and leadership. We provide proper training so you feel confident in your duties and continue to support you as you grow with us. It doesn't matter if you have decades of experience in hospice or are interested in entering the field; if you have a heart for hospice, we will give you the avenue to excel!
