About Athena East Careers

Founded in 2002, Athena East is a social media services and online community management firm. We help companies report on and analyze conversations relative to their products, industry, and competitors. We create and execute engagement programs through Twitter, FB and other social media platforms that build awareness of new initiatives, build followers/fan base/customer loyalty, and engage and support their customers. Our engagement programs also help capture users into CRM and drive sales by being present at purchase intent. For companies that maintain discussion boards, blogs, online newsletters, FB pages, etc., we coordinate their moderation, reporting, user support, content development, and editorial management. We handle the day-to-day management while our clients oversee strategy and big picture. Some current and recent campaigns we’re working on: Intel’s Lifescoop campaign, Microsoft’s ExecTweets, American Cancer Society’s More Birthdays campaign, AT&T’s Title Tweets, and Kohler’s h2o Innovations campaign. Other clients include: Autodesk, Federated Media, Goodby Silverstein, Download.com, ING, and we have formed a strategic partnership with Jive.
