About Atena S.p.A. Formazione

Atena Srl, a company for staff training, was founded in 2003. Historically specializing in the management of Formatemp courses, free courses for the unemployed registered with employment agencies, over the years it has developed other areas. With accreditation from the Lombardy Region and an approach to training, work, and social safety nets, Atena has proven capable of receiving the principles of the labor market reform process, implementing the priority objectives defined by the system and making it accessible to all. Another prominent sector for Atena is paid training for individuals or companies: custom-structured courses, built on the basis of company requests, to which Atena offers its expertise, from the analysis of training needs to the delivery of the courses themselves. Then there are the Interprofessional Funds, the new frontier of training: Atena offers personalized consulting in all sectors, and once the training needs have been analyzed, the project is drawn up and the training is subsequently delivered. Atena boasts about twenty branches in the central-northern territory: teaching rooms, computer labs, and mechanical workshops, with numerically controlled machines, welding machines, and spaces for forklift use, and we also have an international branch in Bucharest, Romania.
