About Astute People

Astute People is a leading global recruiter in the Power, Renewables and Nuclear sectors. We’re a strategic partner solving permanent and contract recruitment challenges in Power, Renewable and Nuclear energy. Founded by Terry Buckel in 2006, we spent years as Astute Technical Recruitment envisioning how we could do recruitment differently. How we could bring a more innovative and consultative approach to our processes and deliver more value, and insight-led energy recruitment solutions to our candidates and clients. Now as Astute People, we’re bringing that vision to life.
