Astellas Pharma Inc. is a research-based pharmaceutical company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, ranking 18th globally. Astellas Pharma (China) Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Astellas Pharma Inc. in China, and the largest pharmaceutical company invested by Japan in China. Our headquarters are in Beijing, with a factory in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. We have 7 branches and 11 offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenyang, Qingdao, and Wuhan. Currently, Astellas China has approximately 1,400 employees. Astellas currently markets the following products in China: Prograf®, Advagraf®, Simulect®, Protopic®, Rapamune®, Certican®, Vesicare®, Emend®, Mycophenolate Mofetil, Sangstat®, and Veenat®, covering multiple specialty areas including transplant immunology, urology, infectious circulation, and digestion. Among these, Prograf®, Advagraf®, Vesicare®, and Rapamune® have been recognized by doctors and patients in the fields of immune transplantation and urology, holding leading market positions. At Astellas, we operate with compliance as our guiding principle and strive to contribute to society to the best of our ability. Since 2008, Astellas China has donated a cumulative total of 2.75 million RMB in cash and medicine to earthquake-stricken areas. To support China's pilot program for organ donation, we were the first to donate 3 million RMB to the Red Cross Society of China. Astellas is now a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, further strengthening our commitment to corporate social responsibility and global business ethics. Astellas Group launched the global employee volunteer initiative "Changing Tomorrow Day" in 2010. In 2011, this initiative was implemented in China, giving birth to the "Dandelion Project." This project aims to introduce JA's classic global curriculum into Chinese school classrooms through employee volunteers teaching classes. Currently, the project has reached 2,096 children of migrant workers, with 433 employee volunteers participating and contributing 7,794 hours of volunteer service to society, which serves as an important testament to Astellas' fulfillment of its corporate citizenship responsibilities.
