CEO / Owner Nora Vandagrifft is a nurse, herself. Nora has experience working in hospitals and as part of an agency. With her experience working in the field for agencies, she understands clearly what the clients are looking for relative to skill set. Assured Nursing has been in business for over 14 years. We provide staffing for virtually all needed hospital positions, including: Per Diem – Temporary staffing (daily, weekly). Contract staffing for 13 weeks or longer. Permanent placement and Contract to Hire. We provide staffing to over 75 different health care facilities throughout Indiana. We are one of only three agencies approved to work with State of Indiana facilities. Some of our nurses have been with us for over ten years, since the founding of the agency. We have a strong focus on the Surgery department. We have helped staff numerous Surgery Centers and hospital OR departments.
