About Association toupty

Our Association's purpose is the creation, management, administration, and animation of childcare facilities, and in general, any activity that improves and promotes the work of childcare professionals, directly or indirectly. Founded in 2003, Toupty manages nurseries and micro-nurseries located in Ile-de-France: Valentin and Capucine in Asnières-sur-Seine, Tom and Lisa in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (opening May 2025), and L'Îlot Toupty in Avernes (opening May 2026). Our strengths include a solid management team, a loyal staff, extensive expertise in nursery management, and the promotion of "quality of work life" values for our employees. The nursery is built on three pillars: co-education and the role of families, the "child as a social being," and the integration of staff within a caring and stimulating work environment. A disability policy has been in place for 3 years with a dedicated contact person and dynamic awareness initiatives within the facilities.
