About Association HOVIA
The HOVIA association is a secular association, recognized as being of public utility. Its purpose is to "design, create, administer and manage all services to help the family and its members materially and morally, in the fields of health, social, educational and socio-cultural action". The association today carries out missions for the protection of children and families, support for people with disabilities, and care for the elderly who have lost their autonomy. Created in 1902 by Father Jean Viollet, under the name of the Moulin Vert association, the association became the HOVIA association on December 1, 2021.
