About ASSOCIATION DES RESPONSABLES DE COPROPRIETE (ARC)

Created in 1987, L ARC the Association of Property Managers is a non-profit and independent association. The actions of L ARC, primarily focused on services for its 14,000 members, are based on a multidisciplinary team composed of legal experts (lawyers, attorneys), financial experts (account auditors), architects, heating engineers, and trainers. The association's objectives are as follows: Assist supervisory boards and non-professional trustees in better managing their co-ownership on a daily basis: legal, methodological, technical, and accounting advice. Improve the overall functioning of co-ownerships by being a source of proposals and by contributing to legislative and regulatory changes.
