About Association Adèle de Glaubitz

For over 25 years, the Association Adèle de Glaubitz has been developing complex programs and innovating in the fields of intellectual and sensory disabilities, autism, severe disabilities, rare disabilities, profound dependency, and child protection. The Association works to serve the most vulnerable people, continuing the work of Adèle developed over more than a century by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Cross. Building on its heritage, the Association currently welcomes over 2,000 people in 35 social, medico-social, and health establishments across 8 sites in Alsace. By adapting to new needs in a changing sector, it acts closely with the needs of the people supported and their families, while developing numerous partnerships. Members, volunteers, and professionals are involved daily in the Association's project to care for the most vulnerable people. Caring means enabling the person to develop their abilities to work, live with others, communicate, love, and experience culture. Thus, nearly 1,400 professionals are mobilized daily to ensure the highest level of autonomy and integration for individuals, by implementing the most appropriate therapeutic, educational, and pedagogical actions.
