About Askari Sport GmbH

What began in 1990 as a small mail-order company has developed over time into a modern multi-channel retailer. At Askari, you can shop through all channels. Not only in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also in Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, you can shop via catalog, in the online shop, on your tablet and smartphone. In Germany, you will also find 14 large specialist stores in Lüdinghausen, Hannover, Kiel, Bremen, Hamburg, Nauen, Eschwege, Gütersloh, Offenbach, Duisburg, Brühl, Langenfeld, Würselen and Halle, with a rising trend. The new online shop went live in late summer 2015. Here, Askari adapts to the increasing demand and the rapid developments online, with a modern design and extended functionalities, Askari is thus prepared for the future. Regarding the product range, Askari is more than a complete outfitter; in angling, you will find almost everything from various providers. In addition to extensive know-how in angling and hunting, developments and trends in German and foreign markets are constantly monitored, and Askari's product development is also inspired by customer requirements. Thus, 16 own brands have been developed in recent years, which are successfully established in the market and convince around 1 million customers daily. In addition to market leadership in Germany, Askari is proud of 98% brand awareness. Brand awareness is also continuously increasing abroad. At the end of 2008, the target group of hunters was addressed for the first time and the first mailing was published. The response was enormous, and especially the own brands like il Lago convince the new clientele. For the future and the expansion of this product area, our in-house hunters are constantly working on further developments.
