Silvia del Águila founded Asesoría Integral over twenty-five years ago to address the global training and consulting needs required for the development of companies and organizations. We believe that the well-being and prosperity of people, companies, and organizations in Guatemala and Latin America are generated through self-esteem and quality management. Working as a team with our clients, we design customized training and consulting services to meet their needs and achieve AMARRE solutions. Our AMARRE solutions are Achievable, Measurable, Agreed upon, Trackable, Challenging, and Executable, linked to objectives to generate profitable results. The shared objective is to achieve AMARRE results from the contracted training and consulting, for immediate implementation, with evidence of return on investment and justification of cost-benefit for the time and resources entrusted to our services. Our methodology includes an initial comprehensive diagnosis to design projects tailored to our clients' needs and identify tools, theory, and simulated practice, with the support of dynamics, videos, and group discussions. Our constantly evolving training and consulting programs are delivered as seminars, workshops, and mentoring sessions, aimed at building excellent human and working conditions.
