About Ascent Dental Care

Our group consists of 5 private dental clinics based in Leamington Spa, Loughborough, Malvern, Solihull & Tamworth. The group owners are both Dentists, still working clinically, who believe in full clinical freedom for our associates. We work hard to create an engaging and collaborative environment for the whole team. We hold lots of courses both internally and externally to make sure there is a constant drive to keep learning and achieving, we are also very lucky to work very closely with some of the most prestigious companies such as Straumann, Dentsply, OrthoCare and many others. We truly believe in training and creating opportunities so we also actively encourage our team to participate in courses and we will be prepared to help fund towards these courses (Including Masters). As a group we engage in various activities such as monthly team meetings, quarterly clinical meetings, company training days, summer party, Christmas party and much more. We are in no way a “corporate” and we class ourselves as a small independent group. Each of our practices have their own personalities as do our teams – we like personality! Our vision is to create a leading premier dental group through an open and honest culture that will always provide support to our team, who will in turn provide an ethical, honest and exceptional service to our patients. We commit to providing high quality, ethical dentistry which will be delivered by our well trained and skilled team members.
