About As One Management

As One is a real estate investment firm that owns and operates hotels & restaurants in Pennsylvania. Since 2009, we have set the example of how to manage assets with proven success while driving a strong top & bottom line. Our properties are regularly recognized by patrons, community and franchisers for our commitment to excellence. As One has expanded into an exceptional company that prides itself on amazing products across many franchised facilities including Hilton Hotels, Radisson and InterContinental Hotel Group. In November 2018, we opened Hotel Rock Lititz, in Lancaster County - an independent property of 139 rooms inclusive of two penthouse suites, 3,000 square feet of meeting space and full service restaurant - part of Preferred Hotels and Resorts.
