At the center of our work is the development of people through programs that strengthen their leadership and high-performance productivity; team facilitation to enhance their results and improvement of processes in services and the administrative area. We adopt Lean thinking as our basic philosophy, with a focus on continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence, as well as high-performance habits, as a strategy for individual leadership based on authenticity and accountability. We apply basic tools, such as 5S, A3 Forms, Kaizen meeting structuring, among others, to improve processes at the level of organizing spaces, problem-solving, or task management among work teams. We also use the Lego® Serious Play® methodology to facilitate team results in Strategy, Communication, and Leadership. At Aconsult, we believe that excellent and lasting results are achieved when working on the triad of human development, process development, to achieve business performance. To this end, we serve with dedication and commitment, through Training, Facilitation, Consulting, or Coaching, depending on the process that best suits the needs of those we serve.
