About Article

Hi there, we’re Article. Since 2013 we’ve been redefining the furniture industry one sofa at a time. Vancouver, Canada is home to our HQ, and we have another office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. And, our US and Canadian Logistics network serves our customers coast to coast. We work through The Article Way and The Article How. The Article Way is focused on being relentlessly better. 1: Customer Obsession 2: Question Assumptions, Dive Deep 3: Ownership Mindset 4: Win Together The Article How is how we create high-performance teamwork. 1: Accountability and Authority must match 2: Business within a Business 3: Products & Services, not tasks 4: Practical Specialization (not generalization) 5: Investment-based budgeting We take this work seriously, but not ourselves.
