About ArteCare

ArteCare GmbH & Co. KG currently operates 30 specialized and multi-functional care facilities. It was founded in 2008 as a owner-managed company under the name "Artemed Pflegezentren" with the goal of offering better nursing care than the average nursing market. After starting with the two facilities "Wohnpark Fuhseblick" and "Rosenblick Peine" taken over from private ownership in Peine, a third existing facility, "Seniorenstift Seliger Gerhard" in the Eifel region, joined the group in 2011. The first self-built new facility, Pflegestift "An der Rodau", opened in Rödermark near Frankfurt in 2013. The group has grown steadily with the specialized neurological care facility "Haus Flora" in Elmshorn, the "Millinger Höfe" in Rheinberg, and the "Harsewinkler Höfe" in Harsewinkel, built in 2021. At the end of 2021, Artemed Pflegezentren was renamed ArteCare, thus emancipating itself from the former parent company, Artemed SE. In 2023, the corporate group welcomed four new additions to the ArteCare family. These include the Stadthaus am Park in Goslar, Pflegestift Elisabeth in Velbert, the Seniorenzentrum Westerkappeln in Westerkappeln, and our innovative integration support facility "Flora Höfe" in Elmshorn, which opened in the autumn. Since June 2024, ArteCare has also been the operator of the MENetatis Group, which currently operates 17 locations in five federal states.
