Their Management Team integrates professionals with extensive experience, who have held senior management positions within the field of Information Technology. The activity of searching and evaluating professionals is highly delicate for both the client and the professionals we contact. The lack of professional ethics in this activity can lead to disastrous consequences. Therefore, we have imposed a set of strict rules which we have summarized as follows: 1. We will only accept searches that we have no doubt we can carry out with complete success. 2. Our goal is to establish commercial relationships based on customer satisfaction and in which an environment of mutual and lasting trust is established. 3. We only receive fees from client companies; our service is free for the professionals contacted. 4. Candidates presented will be informed by ARESTES of the status of the process at all times and they can consult it directly through different means. 5. ARESTES maintains absolute confidentiality regarding our candidates' files in compliance with the LOPD.
