Arditecnica

About Arditecnica

Arditecnica is a company founded in 2000 as part of the German group Bayerische Hausbau, created for the planning and control of the execution of projects that the group intended to carry out in Spain. Starting in 2002, due to the real estate crisis in the German market, the Hausbau group decided to withdraw from the Spanish market, divesting its stake in Arditecnica, among others. Since then and to the present day, Arditecnica has continued to provide services for project development, not only to this group but to a large number of internationally known clients.
