Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances was established on July 1, 2021, as a joint venture between Arçelik and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. This partnership focuses on manufacturing, selling, and providing after-sales services for Hitachi-branded home appliances, including refrigerators and washing machines, outside of Japan. Arçelik owns 60%, while Hitachi retains 40%.
