About Arcaplanet

Arcaplanet is the market leader for the Pet care segment in Italy, with over 580 stores across 18 regions and an e-commerce channel at www.arcaplanet.it. In the twenty years since its founding, it has experienced rapid and significant growth in size, revenue, and employee numbers. With over 2.2 million active loyalty cards, it pursues its mission to satisfy the growing demand of Pet Parents by responding to the needs of pets with ever-new products and services. Stores vary in size and communication format, from a minimum of 150 sqm to over 1000 sqm for Large formats. ORIGINS Arcaplanet was born from the founders' great passion for animals, united by an engaging hobby like dog breeding. This led to the entrepreneurial initiative that made the company the first fully owned Italian chain of supermarkets for animals. GROWTH By 2000, Arcaplanet already had 6 stores, a small but rapidly growing network. To support the network's development, the need arose to independently manage a large-scale logistics warehouse, enabling direct supply to stores. MISSION We want to increase the happiness of animals and people, respecting the planet, united by the passion for animals that we share with our customers, cooperating with our partners and the communities that host us, for the research and development of solutions with a lower environmental impact. We are constantly seeking talents and individuals who authentically express their passion for animals and value relationships to enhance the well-being of pets, people, and the planet: we select both young people with great aspirations and professionals with established skills, offering them a path for further professional development to generate continuous value creation in the pet market.
