We are dedicated to the post-hospital care of individuals recovering from joint replacements, cardiac, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, and other medical conditions. The excellent rehab program at our center features therapy services lead by a board certified physiatrist. Our subacute rehab program is recognized for successfully reducing hospital readmissions, and is a high performing skilled nursing facility for St. Joseph’s Health System. In addition to licensed and certified nursing and therapy professionals, patients and residents enjoy a robust a life enrichment program with activities that infuse technology and engage the mind, body, and spirit.
