We work with adult individuals in their homes, in their communities, and at their places of work. Each individual has specified goals they are working toward and it is the focus of ACCS staff to assist them in increasing their independence in those goal areas. Through use of different support services, ACCS guides individuals through adulthood to achieve independence, community inclusion, and self-worth. It is the goal of each ACCS staff to be open minded and empowering to serve as mentors, role models, and advocates for the individuals we serve. Services offered include: Community Support, Systematic Skill Building, Behavioral Support, Vocational Support Job Finding/Job Coaching, and Individual Therapy.
