About Apex Consulting Solutions, LLC

Apex doesn't support federal programs from the outside. We run them from within - governing a combined $1.4B+ IT portfolio with zero lapses, zero penalties, and zero audit findings. Apex is a federal services firm built for high-accountability, mission-critical environments - the programs where financial precision, audit readiness, and operational continuity are mission requirements, not aspirations. Three capabilities: Portfolio & Program Management - Embedded program leadership across a diverse IT portfolio, with expertise in OIG compliance and audit coordination managing high volumes of audit deadlines and data calls across multiple engagements. Financial & Contract Management - Budget execution, invoice validation, and post-award contract management that holds enterprise IT portfolios to the standard above: clean, on-time, and audit-ready from award through closeout. IT Operations & Data Management - Critical operational support for complex, enterprise-scale IT systems, including end-user support, government asset accountability, and SharePoint administration - keeping the infrastructure that tens of thousands of federal employees depend on running smoothly every day. What sets Apex apart is proximity. We earned this record inside the U.S. Department of State - one of the most demanding program environments in government. That experience produced a discipline that transfers to any federal program. We call it The Apex Invoice Integrity Method - a proprietary system that catches billing discrepancies and funding misalignments before they become liabilities, built on 15+ years of federal acquisition expertise at the leadership level.
